I also offer discovery consultations in relation to inmate civil rights, Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), habeas claims, employee discrimination, or other employment law matters. The scope of the consultation can range from a very limited review of drafted discovery requests to actually drafting discovery requests and/or assisting in interpreting the records received in response to discovery requests. In my nearly 25 years of experience with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) I developed intimate knowledge of the statutory, regulatory, policy, and operational practices which impact agency action. In addition, I have experience with the BOP's document and information management systems. I can put this experience and knowledge to work for you in a number of ways, including, but not limited to:
